In this article, I will show you how to fix Taskbar Refreshes Randomly on Windows 11

First open start and search for PowerShell, right-click on it and Run as administrator

And on PowerShell you will need to put this command:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

After that restart your computer

If you still have the problem you have to do an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

To do that:

First, you have to go to Windows 11 Download Page and Download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool from the Create Windows 11 Installation Media section.

After you download it, open Media Creation Tool and Download the Windows 11 ISO.

Double click on the Windows 11 ISO and then open the setup.

After that, you have to make sure that you checked Keep personal files and apps if you want to keep all of your files.
